Project: Residential complex in the neighborhood of Altzibar, Oiartzun

Location: Agerrealde Etxadia in Altzibar
With a free program and ignoring the Spanish regulations, the housing project has been carried out. For the idea, the modern residential typologies of Switzerland have been taken as a reference, which leads to ordering each block with the staircase in between without having to take it to the facade.
The set consists of 7 volumes of between 3 and 4 heights, 4 blocks of 4 houses per floor and 3 of 2. All of them form a large elevated square that has a garage with natural ventilation as it has some openings through which climbs vegetation.
The project is in a privileged place, since to the south it has a mountain, therefore the characteristic of this one, is the use of the glass to stand out among the green, since it is used as an enclosure of the perimeter balcony of each volume.
